What does unlimited design & revision mean?
It means you can request for new designs or revisions as many as you want. But be noted that the existing project should be completed first before moving forward to the next project. You can submit multiple requests at once but our designers might take longer hours to get back to you. Be reassured that your artwork will always be ready within 24 hours.
What is the turn around time for each design request?
Most of the designs can be completed within 24 hours on average. However, the turnaround time depends on the complexity of the request. The turnaround time is communicated upon the receipt of your request.
What kind of graphics are included?
We cover most standard graphics that any business would need. These items include: Display ads, brochures, trade show materials, social media ads, social media post images, quote images, outdoor graphics, stickers, sales sheets, event flyers, email header graphics, blog header graphics, hero images for website, basic photo editing, simply background removal and e-commerce graphics.
